Privacy notice
The form sends your name, email, service of interest, message and language to Formspree to handle your inquiry.
Controller and contact
Carlos Antonio Genaro Olivas, operating under the trade name Ars Magna, is responsible for personal data collected through arsmagna.com.mx. Data and purposes
The contact form requests your name, email address, optional service of interest and message, and includes language and the source page. We use this information to respond to inquiries, understand project needs, prepare proposals and follow up on the conversation. We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not include such data, passwords or confidential information.
Service providers
Formspree processes and stores inquiries and sends notifications to the email configured by Ars Magna. The website is hosted on AWS Amplify. These providers may process information outside Mexico. Google Analytics receives browsing and browser information to measure visits and successful form submissions; our integration does not send it names, email addresses or form messages.
Retention
We retain inquiries while needed to address them and follow up on the corresponding relationship. When no longer needed, the data should be deleted or, where a legal obligation applies, blocked and retained for the required period. Clearing the form after submission does not delete the inquiry stored in Formspree or email notifications. You can request cancellation of your data using the contact method below.
Your rights and requests
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your data, withdraw consent or limit use or disclosure by emailing hola@arsmagna.com.mx with the subject “Privacy”. Include your name, a means of receiving a response, the relevant data and a description of your request. For rectification, specify the requested correction. We will explain the appropriate way to verify identity or representation and provide necessary documents; do not send identity documents through the commercial contact form. Requests will be handled under applicable legal requirements and time limits. Withdrawal is not retroactive and may prevent us from continuing an inquiry that requires the data.
Cookies and Analytics
On the public domain, except on privacy notice pages, the Google Analytics tag loads automatically and may use cookies to measure visits. You can block or remove cookies through your browser settings and use Google Analytics opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may limit measurement. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our tag. Localhost visits are not measured.
