Geraldine Macías

I’m Geraldine Macías. I combine a background in software development and technical leadership with expertise in cloud architecture, data engineering and artificial intelligence. My experience spans web and mobile solutions, migrations and production deployments, with a focus on data modeling and processing. I work with Google Cloud, AWS and Oracle Cloud, and hold Google Cloud certifications as a Professional Cloud Database Engineer and Associate Data Practitioner.

At Ars Magna, I help you plan your move to the cloud, organize and connect your data, and find practical ways to apply AI to your operations. Featured project · Website, campaigns and event coverage

Indio: evolving with every campaign

Indio was a central project in my career. I worked on multiple versions of indio.com.mx, promotions, microsites and coverage of music events including Vive Latino, Coachella and Austin City Limits. The work spanned the main website and digital experiences supporting individual campaigns.

At Rancho Digital, I served as project lead, developer and webmaster, with particular responsibility for the backend. I also contributed to iOS applications and web services for mobile apps.

Development · Client and project acquisition

MePOS: software development and business growth

At MePOS, my role spanned technical work and business development. Alongside contributing to software projects, I brought in clients and secured new development work.

This experience brings together two sides of my career: building solutions and creating opportunities to bring them to clients. My contribution at MePOS was both technical and commercial.

Web and mobile development · Drupal

Radius: virtual conferences and Tierra Digital

With Radius, we developed Drupal websites for virtual conferences. I also worked on Adama’s Tierra Digital application, adding mobile development to this collaboration.

My work with Radius included conference websites and contributions to Adama’s application. These projects form part of my professional background in collaboration with Radius.

La Sastrería · Third-party collaboration

Mediadores: Angular screens and navigation

For La Sastrería, I developed all navigation screens for the Mediadores system in Angular, as part of a digital mediation project run by Empowerdata. The product supports conflict resolution processes involving mediators and participants.

I contributed as a third party through La Sastrería. My scope covered the system’s screens and navigation; the linked page describes Empowerdata’s product.

Online commerce · Fulfillment

E-commerce: technical experience and my own online store

My background includes professional experience in fulfillment and e-commerce. I also run my own online store, bringing a firsthand perspective on the needs of a business selling online.

At Ars Magna, we apply this perspective to assess integrations between a store and its operations: orders, inventory and shipment tracking. We first understand the existing tools and workflow to decide what to connect or automate.
